Vefsvæði HAp⁺
Upplýsingar sem birtar eru á vefsvæðum HAp⁺ byggja á heimildum sem HAp⁺ telur áreiðanlegar hverju sinni. HAp⁺ getur þó ekki ábyrgst að allar upplýsingar séu réttar. Þá kunna upplýsingar og skoðanir sem fram koma að breytast án fyrirvara. HAp⁺ ábyrgist ekki efni frá þriðja aðila sem birt kann að vera á vef HAp⁺.
Höfundaréttur
HAp⁺ á höfundarétt á öllu efni, þ.m.t. upplýsingum og/eða skjölum sem gerð eru aðgengileg á vefsvæðum HAp⁺, s.s. texta, myndum, grafík, hljóði, hreyfimyndum, myndböndum, firmamerkjum og vörumerkjum HAp⁺. Efnið er varið af höfundarétti og hugverkarétti samkvæmt lögum. Skriflegt samþykki HAp⁺ þarf til að endurbirta, dreifa, fjölfalda eða afrita upplýsingar sem fram koma á vefsvæðum HAp⁺. Ekki skiptir máli hvers eðlis upplýsingarnar eru né í hvaða tilgangi ætlunin er að nota þær.
Lagalegur fyrirvari vegna tölvupósts
Upplýsingar sem fram koma í tölvupósti eða eftir atvikum viðhengi, sendum frá netföngum HAp⁺, kunna að innihalda trúnaðarupplýsingar og/eða upplýsingar um einkamál einstaklinga og eru eingöngu ætlaður skráðum viðtakendum. Efni tölvupósta, innihald og eftir atvikum viðhengi þeirra, er á ábyrgð þess sem tölvupóstinn sendir ef efni hans tengist ekki starfsemi HAp⁺. Hvers konar upplýsingagjöf, afritun eða dreifing þeirra upplýsinga sem fram koma í tölvupóstum og viðhengjum er óleyfileg og kann að varða við lög. Hafi tölvupóstur verið sendur á rangan viðtakanda ber hinum ranga viðtakanda að gæta fyllsta trúnaðar um efni póstsins, tilkynna sendanda um mistökin og eyða tölvupóstinum og viðhengjum hans án þess að geyma afrit í samræmi við ákvæði 47. gr. laga nr. 81/2003, um fjarskipti.
Vefkökur
Vefkökur eru litlar textaskrár sem vafrinn sækir í fyrsta sinn sem farið er á vefsvæði. Vefkökur geyma upplýsingar sem vefsvæðið notar meðal annars til að bæta upplifun notandans og til að fylgjast með og greina notkun á vefsvæðinu.
Vefkökur innihalda yfirleitt heiti lénsins sem viðkomandi kaka kemur frá, endingartíma hennar og gildi. Endingartími vefkaka er ólíkur, sumum er eytt um leið og vafranum er lokað og kallast þær lotukökur meðan aðrar hafa lengri endingartíma og kallast þær langtímakökur. HAp⁺ notar bæði langtímakökur og lotukökur. Gildi vefkaka er alla jafna handahófsvalin einkvæm tala.
HAp⁺ notar vefkökur til að sníða vefsvæðið að þörfum notenda, t.d. til að vista stillingar notenda, til að vinna tölfræðilegar upplýsingar, til að greina umferð um vefsvæðið, í markaðslegum tilgangi og til að stuðla að virkni vefsíðunnar. HAp⁺ notar bæði vefkökur frá fyrsta aðila og vefkökur frá þriðja aðila. Vefkökur frá fyrsta aðila eru vefkökur sem senda eingöngu upplýsingar til HAp⁺. Vefkökur frá þriðja aðila eru tilkomnar vegna þjónustu sem HAp⁺ notar og senda upplýsingar til annars vefsvæðis í eigu þriðja aðila. Viðkomandi aðilar kunna einnig að tengja upplýsingar fengnar af vefsvæði HAp⁺ við aðrar upplýsingar sem notendur hafa látið þeim í té, eða upplýsingar sem þeir hafa safnað með notkun notenda á þeirra þjónustu.
Ekki er krafist samþykkis fyrir notkun á nauðsynlegum kökum en samþykki þarf fyrir notkun á öðrum tegundum vefkaka. Notendur geta stýrt notkun á vefkökum í stillingum í vafra. Vakin er athygli á því að sé notkun nauðsynlegra vefkaka gerð óvirk með öllu kann það að hafa áhrif á virkni vefsvæðisins.
Nauðsynlegar vefkökur
Nauðsynlegar vefkökur virkja eiginleika á vefsvæðinu sem verða að vera til staðar svo hægt sé að nota það eins og til er ætlast. Nauðsynlegar vefkökur eru oftast lotukökur frá fyrsta aðila sem eru eingöngu notaðar af HAp⁺. Þessar kökur greiða til dæmis fyrir skiptum á milli http og https til að gæta öryggi sendra gagna. Þessar kökur eru einnig notaðar til að vista ákvörðun um notkun á kökum á vefsvæði HAp⁺.
Vefkökur frá fyrsta aðila á vefsvæði HAp⁺ sem háðar eru samþykki
Þessar vefkökur eru ekki forsenda fyrir notkun vefsvæðis HAp⁺. Þær gegna engu að síður mikilvægu hlutverki fyrir notkun og virkni vefsvæðisins.
Notkun vefsvæðis HAp⁺ á vefkökum frá þriðja aðila sem háðar eru samþykki
HAp⁺ notar vefkökur sem tilheyra þriðju aðilum (m.a. Google og Facebook) á vefsvæði HAp⁺. Þessir þriðju aðilar geta komið fyrir vefkökum í vöfrum notenda vefsvæðisins og með þeim hætti nálgast upplýsingar um heimsóknir á vefsvæðið. Vefkökurnar eru ekki nauðsynleg forsenda fyrir notkun vefsvæðisins en gegna engu að síður hlutverki fyrir HAp⁺. HAp⁺ notar þjónustu þessara þriðju aðila til að m.a. greina notkun vefsvæðisins, bæði hvað verðar fjölda notenda og hegðun notenda á vefnum, og til að útbúa markaðsefni og auglýsingar sem eru sérsniðnar ákveðnum markhópum. Notendur vefsvæðisins geta nálgast upplýsingar um hvernig þessir aðilar nota vefkökur á vefsíðum þeirra.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
